Now you don't have to rely on ABB for bookings.  There are literally dozens of competing sites such as VRBO, booking.com, googlerentals, Homeaway, etc.  You should also set up your own website for direct bookings.  With that said, ABB is still the leading website and it will be financially advantageous to sort things out with them.  It sounds like they were unclear on how long you will be banned for, but you can contact their Resolution Center for assistance.  Their number is 844 234-2500.

Can anyone give advice on how to find companies to list my rental for corporate housing (6 months or longer) in Houston?  I understand I should be finding oil/gas industry, nurses, hospitals, etc but I don't know how to connect to the right people.

Any advice on who to contact to get my listing noticed?   Houston Corporate Housing 3/2 Atascocita

For housekeeping I use Turnoverbnb.com.  It's free if you only have one listing.
