Was wondering if there is anyone who can provide a rough estimate for a constructing a 6 unit mixed used property in Pittsburgh.

Would also be grateful for any recommendations for architects and builders.

Hi all, first time real estate investor here and looking at the property above in jersey city.  Real estate agent told me it should be able to rent for $1300 a month so it appears that it would be cash flowing.  Why is this not a good investment?  Still need to review the condos financials. 

Planning to invest in my first property next year.  Currently considering Memphis, Kansas City and Philly.  Look to buy and hold with good and steady cash flow.
