Hi Everyone, 

Can someone please provide me with or direct me to information on how wholesaling works?

Questions I have about the subject:

How does it work for the seller?

How does it work for the buyer?

How does it work for the middle man?

Why wholesaling?

@Paul Honen I have been to Chatanooga a couple of times....beautiful place! I'll let you know if I'm ever in the neighborhood. 

@Marvin McTaw In response to the area I would like to target, I've been looking in Marietta, Dekalb, Decatur, College Park also Alpharetta, Cumming and Sandy Springs (not much in these areas but you just never know....). In terms of funding I don't have that yet and in terms of a team I'm building it as we speak! I also have a business partner to assist with the team building.

@Amina Porter congratulations on getting your real estate license! I have thought about getting that for investment purposes. Not sure when but it will happen.  How beneficial has that been for you so far?
