Hi all. I’m in the process of completing my 75 hr pre course for my sales license. My husband and I are also looking to purchase flips and buy and holds. I’d like to get a new laptop for work purposes. I’ve seen some interior remodel apps that look incredibly helpful and have looked at the touch screen models too. What laptop do you use or recommend? Hi all, New to real estate and to BiggerPockets. I’m currently taking the 75 hour pre requisite for my RE license as well as looking into purchasing rental properties and considering some flips! I’d really like to learn everything I possibly can about all types of real estate. My husband and I are not new to running our own business and understand the hard work and diligence it requires. We’re both very excited to build a an inheritance for our children! Any tips on the GA RE EXAM or knowledge you’d like to share would be greatly appreciated!! And if anyone should need a RE agent in the future, let me know ☺️
