SWAG, I like it . Yes it does help thank you Gerald Demers. Just starting out I need targets and goals and what got me started thinking about RE was the tax benefits.  There is so much more involved and as I get going the plan will evolve but definitely enjoying the journey. I have one property and looking for #2

Hello BP community, I wanted to throw out a newbie question, what is the optimal number of rentals to offset earned income? For example say 100k. Plan to ask my CPA, but thought I would ask the BP community there opinion. Thanks
