I am also new to real estate investing still figuring out some ins and outs but one thing that will say is educating yourself get books, watch/listen to podcast, and I also watch watch a lot of stuff on YouTube. But there are plenty of books out there but I recommend starting with Brandon turner no or low money down book you can get it on amazon that’s a good start

A buddy and I are trying to connect with local investors in the central pa area to find out any clubs and meetings to further are education. We have been reading books and watching many podcasts but we feel it’s time to start to connect with the investors in this area to figure out the ins and outs. Anyone with any information thank you!
