I am curious to try different methods of contacting owners of properties. Especially when phone calls and letters get no response. Any tips?

Sorry for the late response all! I am currently working 50+ hours a week, thus me being here trying to get out of the rat race. I really appreciate the welcoming and will make sure to do the same for other newcomers. I'm located in Windsor Hills Sorry for the late response all! Hello all! Glad to be here,

My name is Nicholas (Nick) Jackson, I'm a 25 year old family man with goals of creating enough passive income to quit my day job and be able to spend more time with my wife and children. I just finished 6 months of real estate agent classes and will be taking my exam soon. After learning about the possibilities in investing, I am not as interested in working as an agent anymore, but I'm going to continue with the exam just for back up. I am interested in buying and holding multi-family properties, but once I am comfortable with that I would like to dabble around with other forms of REI. I was drawn to Bigger Pockets from the YouTube channel, then discovered how insightful the form was and fell in love. I too enjoy selflessly enjoy helping others, and I am looking forward to sharing my RE journey for others to also learn from!
