Hey BP!

Long story short, I have been dabbling in investing in Canada for the past 4 years with two live in flips/ house-hacks. I have now been presented an opportunity to move to Middle Georgia for work and have just about completed selling my Canadian real estate.

I am now looking to connect with active investors in the Warner Robbins/ Macon area and am wondering if there are any local groups or meet-ups?

I'm Nick Terpstra, a 24 year old from Kamloops BC.

I purchased my first home last year, built a basement suite for myself and have been renting out the upstairs.

I am fired up to further my real estate portfolio, and I look forward to learning from the veterans on this site.
