I am looking to buy a single family home in a town where there is a lot of comparable apartment units for rent on Craigslist that are slightly cheaper then I could rent a house out for. Could this be a problem or would I be catering to a completely different type of renter with my SF?

Hey everybody, is this meeting still ongoing? I would like to attend and possibly set up a formal Facebook group if there isn't one already?

Thank you Ronald, that’s what I was thinking as well! Also I won’t be living in the unit but I will be going to the university in the area.

I am currently in college in San Angelo Texas and have realized how great the market in this town is for rental housing. I want my dad to purchase a house with his line of credit and then I will manage the place, but it seems like everyone I talk to has no idea how this works for Canadians in the states. I am looking for anyone with any expertise on this matter or contact info for someone that does!

Came across REIPRO from bigger pockets podcast #332 and so far this software seems amazing. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions about how to utilize this platform as much as possible or any personal experience? would love to hear any thoughts! Thank you!

The dog seemed to bark only when we got to close in the back yard, and he would constantly bark if you stayed there. So nobody’s ever had problems with a situation like this?

I am looking for student rentals in San Angelo, TX and my number one house happens to have a big loud dog next door. Also, the neighboring houses are fairly close to this house. I'm thinking I wouldn't have any problem renting to students, but if I ever go to sell it I feel this could bring up some problems. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
