@Wesley W. I have found a new book by Nolo " Every Landlord's Legal Guide" seems to give me a good idea for what I am looking for. Obviously not perfect but a good way to learn and to understand what I am talking about.

Does anyone reccomend guideline books for New York State laws on being a land lord. Topics like: Late fees Evictions/notices Purchasing a property with existing tenants Accepting cash for rent
