@Aurus J. Sanchez Do you plan on house hacking? If so try using a Freddie Mac home possible loan for your first building. It is a first time home buyer program, you can finance up to 4 units for 5% down. Save the fha loan for the second propertie. There are many forum post on this topic. Good luck on your journey
