I am 21 years old and looking to get my first home with an FHA Loan. Using this method to get started into real estate. Any advice on what to expect or know for requirements in regards to this loan. I know the basics but is their any surprises that might show up?

Found a property with very high potential listed at 80k. 4bed 2 bath and needs some remodeling. 3 blocks away from a local college. And the demand for students housing is at a high. Issue #1…alone I probably won’t get approved by the a bank for a loan due to income and credit. & #2 how would I be able to obtain this deal if I was able to figure that out and get a loan for renovation costs.
