Welcome @Aniello Belfiore! I’m a newbie looking to network, as well. I’m hoping to connect with contractors who are investor-oriented (flipping, to be specific).

Hey @Ari Ali, this is something I’m curious about myself, as I’m a fellow noob!

Based on the general knowledge that I’ve accumulated, I believe it may work best if you have a solid list of buyers who would be willing to invest in the exact type of property in question. And who have established their own criteria in terms of numbers. Work through all of this before you even call that seller. That way you have a maximum offer and an investor or two in your pocket that you can say to yourself, “Hey, I know who would invest in this!”

Sound reasonable?

Hi @Rich Ramjatan, I’m also interested in connecting with local contractors to build my network.

May I send you a connection request as well?

Thank you.

Hi @Damon Bodine! First, I hope everything is alright on your end.

I happened to come across this post and would love to join in on an NYC Meetup, if you expect to host another one. May I send you a request to connect?

Thanks!

Before I even think about getting started with wholesaling, I want to try getting a handle on the rehabbing aspect of an investment.

Can anyone recommend a good contractor that deals with investors, or perhaps any investors who are offering some type of mentorship in this area? Thanks in advance!

Hi guys. I’m from the NYC area, but I happened to be browsing several YouTube channels earlier, and came across several videos discussing the new legal challenges wholesalers are about to face in the Philadelphia area. To be brief, the city council is out to perpetuate the notion that wholesalers are scammers, and that you must become licensed if you plan on engaging in wholesaling.

I would love to hear some feedback on this, because I would not doubt that other cities will start entertaining a similar push.

@Jasmine G. You seem to have the same questions that I have! I’d definitely like to connect if there’s more you want to discuss.
