I’m curious to see what other cleveland real estate investors think the next up and coming area on the west side of cleveland is?

Do you think old brooklyn or Brooklyn could transform into the next hot spot? With rentals in Lakewood/tremont/Ohio city getting more expensive to purchase and harder to rent. Geographically and with recent development improvements could this be the area young professionals look to move next?

Does buying rentals in lakewood or Tremont make much sense right now?

Has anyone used a robotic handwriting plotter for direct mail pieces? Is there any recommendations for brands or models?

I’m looking for something that looks relatively “imperfect” and doesn’t look like it was written by a robot.

I’m also looking for something that is relatively inexpensive but still effective. I’ve heard axi-draw, Greek-lab and KSERA but am just looking for a little more guidance from someone that uses them!

Thank you!!!!
