Hi, I have heard of people finding list of people with lots of equity in their homes or people over 50, and am wondering where I would start to find those listings in my local area. My interest is in elderly people who own their property outright and might possibly be interested in owner financing. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I am new to rental investing and would like to manage the property myself but, I am not sure where to start when it comes to screening possible tenants. Ive heard a few different ideas and would love to hear others feedback. Thanks in advance!
