@Anyny Guedes bank of America has deposit only cards. I have that for two tenants in GA. Every month, they use the card and it work well.

So, there are multiple meetup groups in this area. 
In South West Florida, there is the SWFL REIA which in my opinion is a really good group with people that give you access to a lot of valuable information and people you can partner up with.

There's also the Collier and Lee County Round table which is a lot more informal and also smaller than the one mentioned above. Different people but it's also a group that provides valuable connections and knowledge.

There are more groups out there but these are the two I visit on a regular basis and both have helped me on my real estate journey.

It might not be something that was a job in the past but a job is a job and she clearly shows that her entrepreneurship pays off. Just don't treat her bad once she become your tenant.

Found it on the mls. There were better offers but I have a good relationship with the realtor that was listing it.

I painted everything, re-tiled the house, the covered porch and added a new kitchen

No clue. I don't even know if my credit was pulled or not. I didn't get a call or mail,,, literally nothing but 10k. If I only had an address so I can send them a thank you card lol
