Why not create a professional Facebook used solely for your business? Then you can keep all of your personal/private information one and only list business related items on the other. Just a thought.

Like @Jim Goebel said, find a small but recurring payment that you can charge to a credit card and then immediately pay it off every month. The one I hear often is to buy gas for your vehicle with it.

I've also heard that if you put up a bat house somewhere near the home, it will help attract them away from the attic.
