Thank you very much everyone, great tips! I will definitely begin getting all of that together. Doesn't seem like there are many from my area on BP though

Hey Guys, My partner and I just got approved for a loan to buy 5 college rental properties. My partner and I are both in our last year of college and have never managed properties before. We are going to manage these 5 properties by ourselves in order to save us all of the landing fees and property management fees. What kind of tips can you guys offer us? I.e. Forms that we should have, a list of certain maintenance professionals that we should create, things that we should have in our leases, etc. All tips are very much appreciated!!! Thanks, Nick
