Hi all,

I'm looking for advice on how to search for properties in need of rehab that can be flipped. Are websites like Trulia/realtor/Zillow viable options ?  Is there a better resource?

or is contacting RE brokers directly going to get access to Properties not in MLS ?

Is going to auctions the way?

I'm eager to get flipping.

Thanks!

Thanks for the thread Hai...I like that structure

Thanks John, sound easy enough...

are mutual bank accounts set up for this type of relationship usually?

Hi all,

I'll be partnering with investors on my first flip... How much should a 50% partner make on flip profit if I own and am the contractor for the property?

my partner would be putting in the same amount as the cost of the property.
