Hey Jared.    The land is bare dirt.  Utilities are at the street.  I am in talks w a couple companies to come up with a design.   Right now, only feasibility report has been done.  Thanks

Thank you for your info.  Lot size is 7000. It does have utilities.   Has foundation from house tear down.  No soil reports yet. 
I am completely new to this and in a little over my head….but excited!!!!

Thanks Shaun.  Land is zoned C-2 which also includes R-3-3. Property will be developed for rental eventually.   Prices at 550k

Still checking into specifics but wondering what my options are and who lends on this property 

Seems like most lenders want the property to be for primary or secondary home
