I have about 800 sqft of wood look tile I need set and I am looking for someone decent. All prep work has been done. Anyone know of anyone decent around Jax?

I have some capital (20-30k) to start investing in buy and hold properties.  Looking into the west side/argyle area but am open to other areas.  If possible I would like to close on a deal by October 1st and keep going from there.  Anyone have any Recommendations on agents that have experience with investors?  Even better if they are familiar with the area!  Thanks for the help!
