There is a landlord workshop and social put on by OQPY featuring mortgage broker Wayne Martin as keynote speaker Thursday January 23rd at college boreal ( Salle Watters) starts 7:00pm. Not sure how to put the link but you can get tickets for 10$ on Eventbrite or worst case at the door I’m sure 

I have a friend who owns properties here and runs Aegis Shift, a Sudbury based property management company. He and his partner were hosting monthly meetups for a while in part to help develop a property management app called OQPY, although they had stopped for the summer. They usually included a quick keynote from a local agent, home inspector, lawyer, mortgage agent, contractor, etc.. great for building a network and sharing concerns/solutions anyone may be having.

 I can keep you guys in the loop if interested. I'll look into the REINO facebook group and try to post a link to the meetup events there whenever they do the next one.
