I have found a small niche of tenants I really like. Some are on HUD vouchers, so rent is above market. Would like to find another building there, but prices are no longer down. They have been going up over the last several years. The town does some long term problems, but right now a place to look for investing. There is a good management company in the area also.

Hey Stephen, how are things going up there? I am from Boston but stayed in Berlin after hiking yesterday because I wanted to see for myself why houses were so cheap. I really liked the area but could see it was not very lively. Think it's still worth taking a serious look at?

Hi Denise, how are things up in Berlin? I am from Boston but spent the night there last night and thought it was a nice area but not very lively. I am interested in buying a rental property there just doing some research still.
