I am ready to buy my first flip, I have been approved by two different hard monry lenders who both require 20%, I have $30K cash but still need a bit more cash. I am looking for an intestor who would be looking to invest in the Worcester area.

Samantha, Felix, I am open to either Massachusetts or the Tampa area, I am from Massachusetts and know the area and my dad lives in the Tampa area so I know that area as well. I am looking for a partner to go in on a flip with me in either area.

Hello, I am new to flipping and would like to know if there are any investors or lenders who I can connect with?

Hello everyone, I am new to this group and am hoping to meet new folks who are into making money like myself :) I do own a residential and commercial cleaning company in Boston, Wocester and Provincetown all in Massachusetts which I have owned for over ten years and started my company by myself and still own it by myself. I have always been interested in real estate , especially flipping houses, I feel that now that my company runs itself, it's time for me to start a second venture ( house flipping). I would love to see who is out there in the Massachusetts area who has done this, get advice and I would even be open to partnering with someone
