Will your interest rate be higher this way? What if you do a personal guarantee with a regular mortgage broker and then quit-claim the deed into the Llc at time of closing?

I am looking to purchase the first 5 or 6plex in KC based on the BP forums and growing economy in this market place. I currently flip in Dallas/ Ft Worth but want to start building a strong rental portfolio of multi family. Is there any one who has a realtor they would recommend that they currently use and also a strong property management company in the area? Thank you

I know that the rule of $100/per unit with a 12% cash flow is typically what they say we should underwrite to. What does bigger pockets recommend we should target for a SFH on monthly net revenue and at what Cash on cash % Thank you
