Brian Ortins thanks for the reply! So, I originally thought I just wanted to do residential with buyers and sellers, but I'd be open to investors. I've been interested in real estate for years since I got out of college, but have always been so busy with a full time job I couldn't find time to take the classes. I haven't approached any brokers yet, but have had 2 reach out to me just through who people I know. I guess I'm just rambling a bit, but I am open to anything since this is just something where I want to make some extra income.

Freedom Trail Reality School. They are in Boston, but are doing closed beta testing for their online program before releasing it to the public. Go on their site and request an invite you'll get one probably. I have done 6 classes only have 4 left.

Hey all, so I am currently going through my real estate pre-license classes online in Massachusetts. The great news is I've been waiting for them to finally offer pre-license classes online which they do here now. My question is, I have a regular full time job and work from home and don't plan on leaving this job, but I wanted to take this on part time for some extra income just for saving some extra money. So. I am only looking to do part-time but do have a bit of flexibility with my current schedule. Anyone have any good recommendations for MA? Appreciate all the help in advance!
