@drewsygit I just recenetly made this profile so i will set everything up. but those are great question that i do not know how i will achieve just yet i am still doing research and would love any feed back 

Currently i am doing AirBNB Arbitrage. but i want to move into doing fix and flips and long term rentals. my plan is to continue to get more units for airbnb and slowly work my way to getting my first property. but i would love your advice on things 

Goodafternoon everyone my name is Nick Burrell I am a realtor in the state of Michigan been doing real estate for about 2 years now. Grateful to be able to join this group to learn and gain knowledge from different people. My mentor always told if you surround yourself around successful people (its contagious) and if your willing to put in the work you will get there.
