What would happen if you waited to refinance and the current lender decided that they aren't going to renew you loan. I dont know, maybe economic data. Over exposure in your property type. Bad debt on their books.etc. it does happen.

the fact is that there is 1.4 trillion dollars of maturing commercial.loan debt coming due in the next 3 years.i would recommend that you do what's best for you, not your lender..

Best regards

That's a tough one. Without knowing all the numbers, I would suggest that you wouldnt want to purchase any properties that didnt appraise out. Regardsless whether or not there was seller financing involved. Just my take.

best regards

I've seen alot of opportunity coming from. Ohio and indiana. Lower home values with good rents. I would start there.

best regards

It was amazing during hurricane Katrina how many houses that were flooded without flood insurance burned down.... Thankfully they were insured for fire.

Note note recommending anyone do anything illegal etc. Just am commenting on an opinion.

I'm sending free fire starters to anyone that was flooded...for warmth, of course. ;)

Ill keep that in mind. Right now, many homeowners are trying to get their lives back together. Whatever we can do to help them is so important.
