Hi All,

I'm a rookie real estate investor based in Indianapolis interested in building a a portfolio of long-term SFH rentals locally. I'm looking for turnkey or close to it B class, cash flowing properties between 80k - 150k assuming a 20% down payment and traditional financing.

What neighborhoods would you recommend?

Do you have any thoughts steady on those neighborhoods long-term post-COVID?

Are prices currently inflated in those areas due to the lack of supply caused by COVID? If so, to what extent?

Any general advice for a new investor in Indianapolis looking to steadily build a long-term portfolio?
