 That's a good idea, to be honest I didn't know that there was a St. Louis Real Estate Investors FB group. But it makes sense!

@Steve Rozenberg Thank you for the feedback. This is really concise advice and is greatly appreciated!

Greetings!

I have been looking at properties in the Penrose area (and surrounding) in St. Louis, MO. I have found a Realtor and am about to set up my LLC so that I can get a really good start on a great future! I am looking for referrals for property managers and contractors that are experienced with the area and can help me provide a quality living space to well screened tenants.

I appreciate any feedback you can offer and look forward to hearing from you!

@george w.

thats what I figured, could you point me to a resource that I could use to find the answer? What minimal information would you need to answer a question like that? Are we talking greater than 100k or less?

again that you for the advice!

I am looking at a place that is dirt cheap, there was a fire on the property and the units were pretty much destroyed. It's a single floor complex of eight, one bedroom and one bath units in an area that rents for an average of $700.

Does anyone have any experience rehabbing a place like this? what would be a real ballpark estimate on the cost? I can provide more details if necessary.

I really appreciate any assistance provided.
