They're lucky to have a mom who can teach them the ropes!

Thanks, @Nancy Bachety !

I've always been driven to RE from a young age; I knew I wanted to own multiple properties one day. Some of my family members have RE investment properties and I guess it's in my blood! But the numbers I've seen are certainly icing on the cake :)

What led you to investing in RE?

Hi @Allyssa Compton thanks for the reply :)

I am from Suffern originally, and I live right near Connor... I can actually see it from my window!

We're progressing on the "what" and "when", but haven't narrowed in on the "where" yet. My co-partner (who originally is from Suffern as well) now lives in Massachusetts so we're tossing around different locations. Rockland is always in the back of my mind, though!

I would love to connect and chat with you guys - it's always good to build up a local network (plus, who doesn't love creative financing?)

Talk soon!

Hi!

My name is Nick and I am a CPA living in Rockland County, NY and working in Manhattan. I am finally putting thoughts into actions: forming a partnership with a friend and planning to invest in real estate (buy & hold), focusing on duplexes/triplexes/quads.

I welcome all conversations & discussions and would really love to interact with those who have gone or plan to go down the same road.

I also am happy to offer any help that may be needed relating to the tax and accounting aspects of your real estate investments.

I look forward to speaking with you guys!

Nick
