Like to reach out and get some opinions. I have two multi family cash flowing rentals in Syracuse NY. I have always had trouble getting financed due to my job. I bartend and don’t show much income. I do however make good money. It’s crazy to me that I’d have to go back to a 40 hour a week job and make LESS money just to show I make “more” on paper. Anyone run into this problem? Any tips or ideas? Thanks in advance!

@Josh Feldman I just bought my first deal and I had to go out of town to do it. I live in Ithaca area and the market is really expensive. Got a great deal in Syracuse. Was curious about the Binghamton area. Would love to connect and talk. Best of luck!

@Frank Patalano Banks! I’ve just started out in the cortland/Syracuse NY area. I am a 800 credit score with 100k in the bank. No debt, never missed a payment. Problem is I bartend and I don’t report all my income. So it looks like I make around 30k a year. Any advice?
