Good luck to you.

Hey hey, my name is Nick, 25. An Engineer by education. I purchase and hacked my first house at 23. Haven't made much more progress since then. I ran to this site by accident 10 days ago and have listened to approx 15 podcasts already, this site is AMAZING!!! Lovin' it so far. My home base is in NY, I lived in CT for 3 yrs and just moved down to Florence SC recently for a short term project. I'm not too too ambitious with real estate investment just yet as I am still planning on going back to school to finish up finance graduate degree, one deal per year over the next 5 year is all I'm looking for.
