A friend of mine is having trouble with listing multiple duplexes. The issue is some are in an llc and the others in a trust. What should we look out for? How should this listing agreement look?

Thanks in advance!

@Kai Kopsch I see. I appreciate that point of view. They should be aware and be able to accept it.

@Doug W. I will have to draw up that updated contract. Unfortunately we have paid out too much.

@Adam Abdel-Hafez Thank you for reaching out. They are independent contractors.

@Doug W. I appreciate that Doug. When I did that research it seemed like there was some red tape that needed to be handled in a particular way. Is it just an upfront conversation and split ways. Or any particular paperwork you deem necessary? I don't want to draw any unwanted attention or have them fire up any mechanics liens on our properties.

Hello everyone! I am looking for some help. I have come across a new experience and that is I have found a contractor(s) that doesn't work well for our company. I have done a small amount of research and it sounds like the replacing process can be a little tricky, quite sensitive. Your insight, help and sharing of your personal experiences would be a great help. Thank you in advance for all who share.

Build a buyers list so you don't have to worry about it. Send an email and sell a house. It can be that simple for you.
