Is it worth it to have a lawyer write/review rental contracts or are the standard rental agreements you can get at office depot good enough? Is there anything you have to worry about with the store bought agreements?

My question is how do private money lenders earn their money back? Is it just monthly payments from the buyer? Can anyone give examples?
