Working to try and invest in out of state real estate because where I live the prices are very high. Does anyone have any recommendations/books to read on how to start the process of out of state investing? Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!

@Travis Arguello would you be open to hopping on a phone call. I’d love to share my thoughts

@Steve W. What do you mean by fundamentals?

I am currently living in Colorado Springs with interest in investing down south in Pueblo for lower prices of properties. Has anyone bought in Pueblo? I believe it’s a smart location but would love feedback from y’all!
