@Tina Tsysh it would probably be a split mortgage between me and my father. I would be living there and my father wouldn’t be.

I am looking into House Hacking and was wondering does everyone that is purchasing it have to live in the house or just 1 person? So can we house hack if my parents are also helping me on the down payment and only I will be living there?

@Bob Norton I will definitely look into to house hacking for next year with some friends! I have read “The Book on Rental Property Investing” by Brandon Turner and will definitely add the other book to my list for the year!
