@Jim Pintchuk thank you very much! I'm currently looking in Parma, Euclid, maple hts, Brunswick pretty much any C area and above. @Tom Ott thank you for the support! Hopefully I will run into all of you at a meet up or some point in my REI journey!

Thank you both very much for the input. I will be writing these down and making sure I get the information. I am open to rehab buy and hold, and buy and hold properties pending the numbers are where I need them to be. I'm not set on one or the other so I will be sure to ask for either situation.
