I'm looking for a tri or quadplex in Tarpon/palm harbor/clearwater area. I'd like to purchase it with an FHA loan and whatever first time homebuyer programs I can take advantage of. Thank you all for the responses. Trying to enter into the world of real estate with house hacking.

Hi, I've been on the forums for a minute and I'm trying to figure out how to post in the local area forums, I'm looking for a realtor that's investor friendly to help me purchase my first piece of property. I live on the west cast of Florida.
