@Jay Helms, I would love to join a mastermind group! Where do I find it?

Thanks for your honesty.  I am at the ground floor, so trying to do all I can to move up.  I will take your suggestions and work on them.

Mark, thank you for the reply. Congratulations on all of you success and thank you for the encouragement and helpful advice. I am definitely in a delicate stage as a newbie to REI. I would like to learn as much as I possibly can. However, I dont want to get stuck in analysis. I believe that I learn best by doing, even though I might make a mistake. I just cant afford to make a huge mistake. I am most interested in wholesaling at the moment, then I would like to go into rental properties for passive income. Any advise on starting and where to go first?

Hello,

My name is Nick Panetta. I live in Palmetto, FL with my wife and our two daughters Taytum (2.5 yrs old) and Reese (3 month old). Currently, I am a strength and conditioning coach in the Bradenton, FL area. My entire life up until this point has been focused on moving forward in my chosen career path. However, I am unsatisfied and concerned that the more time and effort I put in to my career, the more I lose time with my family, and my wife is still forced to work full time so we can afford day care for my daughters. I do not want to stress and work my life away 9-5, 365. I want to be able to retire without working and teach my family how to achieve financial freedom. I know this probably sounds just like everyone else, but I think REI is something I could be great at and passionate about. I am just upset that I am just learning about this now after I spent over a decade and thousands of dollars on an education that is not helping me achieve my personal goals. I would appreciate any thoughts, help, connections, or advice in getting started.
