Thank you both for your feedback. My wife and I have completed several house flips and are now looking to expand our business. Currently, we have utilized a capital partner and our own funds in conjunction with a hard money loan. This approach has been successful thus far, but we are restricted in the number of deals we can undertake. I have never considered crowdfunding before, and I have no idea how it works. 

I was interested on learning more about how I can use a crowdfunding platform for my fix/flips. Can anyone refer me to a good podcast or a book. Also I would appreciate any first hand experience anyone can share. 

Hello my name is Nick Moran. I am a Realtor In the Las Vegas area.  My wife and I just joined BP pro and started the 90 day challenge. We want to flip a house and I am interested in trying to find out how I can get an interest only loan for 1% down on a subject property.  Are there any lenders who you can refer me to? Thank you.
