I travel for my job just about every week Monday-Friday. Interested in getting my real estate license but not sure if it is worth it. I am interested in house hacking at the moment but wondering if a weekend job as a realtor is something that any of you have done?

Any meetings or networking opportunities coming up here in the future? Just moved to Cincinnati from MI looking to meet some likeminded investors. Mainly focusing on multi family buy and hold

Hi all! I am pretty new to BP and real estate. I am 22 and fresh out of college working a sales position for a food company. I moved to Cincinnati 5 months ago. I am very interested in purchasing a 2-4 until apartment building in the Cincinnati area to house hack (owner occupy) because paying rent gets me no where!! I am reaching out just to see if anyone around the area is on here and maybe would like to inform me of any meet ups or would like to grab coffee etc sometime. I have been looking at buildings in Oakley, Norwood, Golf Manor and around UC. I am interested in areas where college students and young professionals are attracted to. Feel free to reach out!!
