Hello BP Fam,

I am looking for reputable General Contractors that service Louisville, KY and the surrounding areas that can help with house flips that can handle the gull gamut of rehabs from light to full. Not every project will need a full rehab, but if they are capable of that, that's even better.   If anyone has the name(s) of good GC's in the area that they can pass along that would be great. Also, if you have the names of contractors that maybe don't do full rehabs but can help with specific things like bathrooms, kitchens, etc, that would be helpful as well. Thanks!

@Nathan Gesner Thanks for the response. Seems like the way to go is sitting down with an attorney/closing company and getting one drawn up to avoid future headaches.

@Don-Carlos Moniz  Thanks for the reply! I think you are correct, sitting down with an attorney is the best way to go. Interesting about NC moving to curtail wholesaling, I'll have to look into that and see what the implications are for future work.

What do you mean by NC being an attorney state? Just that an attorney must be present at the closing? Thanks again.

Hello! I am a new investor in North Carolina trying to get into wholesaling and house flipping and I have a question about the contracts used in North Carolina real estate transactions. Are there specific contracts to the state of North Carolina that must be used while doing real estate business in the state or will more general contracts work? I have found examples of both and they are essentially the same, but I don't want to use improper documents and get to the closing and realize that I messed everything up. Thanks for any info!
