Hey, I am 20 years old and are looking ways to build capital and cash to sooner or later to start the BRRRR strategy.

That is why I am pursing wholesaling to create relationships, learn to establish the ARV, talk to flippers, and just get some skin in the game.

My question is how should I create my contract and how do I relieve the fear of taking that first step?

@Brian Lieberman

Thank you for the excellent advice. I will make sure to start analyzing deals and starting a spreadsheet. I will also try the zoom meetings with other local investor to help their needs.

@Jefferson Simmons

Thank you for the great advice. I will for sure get some deals on my belt before trying to find out of state deals, and I will make sure to reach out to your team.

I am just starting my real estate journey and I am looking for some help to take that first step. I am currently living in a small rural area where the market is not the best. I have thought about investing out of state, but am looking for something small and close for my first property. My plan is to find some buy and hold properties to build my wealth, while accumulating some cash flow. I am currently trying to find a real estate investor near me, but unfortunately I have not found one yet. So, if anyone has any tips on my situation or would like to network with someone who has the time and hustle to help with your business.
