@Peter T Kissinger thanks for the reach out Peter - I’ve heard from many so far that KC is a solid look. I’d love to sync up with you in the near future about this topic!

@Mike D'Arrigo thanks a lot Mike! I have quite a few options mentioned by helpful folks like you so far, so I’m going to do a bit more research into these areas. You are correct - I do need to define, more quantitatively, what I am looking for before I dive in, however, my question was mainly aiming for which market has sort of the “best of both worlds” when it comes to turnkey in particular and you certainly helped answer that for me. What are the skill sets and services of your team when it comes to turnkey investing?

@Marcus Auerbach great incite and advice - I appreciate it. Yes, Buffalo is an interesting market - it has had large projected growth for years now, but it has been having trouble “living up to” the hype. I’ve had my own predictions that more tech companies will begin to move to Buffalo as the large swaths of flat land are cheap, it is nearby Toronto, full of creatives (videographers, photographers and you tubers) and of course Tesla has moved in somewhat recently

@David Campbell thanks a lot David! I’ve been hearing quite a bit about NC and it seems like it’s a growing state more broadly speaking. I appreciate you taking the time to share your advice.
