I was looking to connect to people in Peru, lasalle, spring valley area. I was looking to talk about.

- how you started and got the courage to begin

-what tools you use to help find deals

-wholesaling out of state and possibly in state.

I was looking to see if there was anyone in the area looking to connect to talk about real estate in the area about rental properties or even wholesaling in state and or out of state.

- interested in learning how you got started and what you do to find deals

- also talking about how you grew the confidence to start and be confident in making and finding deals.

@Jonathan Klemm yeah it’s about 2 hours from Chicago. Right off of I80 and I39 intersection.

Hi I live in the Illinois valley area. I was just seeing if there was anyone on here that lives in or near this area to possibly talk real estate and the market in this area. I am excited in talking potential properties and other possible cash flowing opportunities in the area.
