Anyone on here know of an app or website thats prominent in Quebec like Zillow or redfin which can provide addresses and phone numbers of the property owners?

I've been eyeing shawinigan for a while as entry into the market to start can be low but looking at the population growth its in the negative, honest best bet would be trois riviere they're still growing over 1 per year consistantly which means your real estate will appreciate and not just stagnate or depreciate over time
