@Matthew Berry Well I am happy to hear you have those two deals in escrow now! Ok gotcha, I know that he is big on texting as that is what they explained on the phone calls. So you would say about a thousand dollars for marketing a month is a good start? Yea that is where I am currently in my business, I have been cold calling, had one deal go to the closing table but buyer ended up folding unfortunately. Started about 4 months ago so I am still in the beginning phases but ultimately I am struggling at the moment. Overall you would say that for the amount you pay for the program it was worth it?

Thanks for the response! Glad to know that you were in his program and liked it! Were you able to close on deals while you were in his program? Obviously I know that you have to put the work in as well. How much money would you suggest to have for marketing after joining the program? Yes I am in the Wholesaling Houses Full Time FB group if that is the one you are talking about.

Does anyone have a recommendation on a mentorship program for wholesaling? Also has anyone tried out Alex Joungblood's mentorship program? If so how was it?
