does anyone have any info on multifamily properties near Xavier University?  there are quite a few for sale, and they have been on the market for a while.  i was wondering if its a bad area.  any info would help thanks.

Reading Mark Ferguson's book, he tries to get $500 for each of his properties. That's not easy to do. I think the majority of his rentals are SFH. If I am to focus on SFH , 3 BR , 2 BR it's seems tough to get that type of cash flow. Any suggestions?
