@Alex Bekeza Thank you for responding. I've spoken to quite a few traditional lenders (I.e. banks, mortgage companies) and am familiar with what they generally want to see from a borrower and what they are willing to borrow on. Do hard money and private lenders generally follow the same type of guidelines?

@Davian Brown Thanks for responding. I guess I should have been more specific in my question. With the private or hard money lenders you have dealt with, is there a percentage of the ARV they want you to have? Do they generally want to see a certain amount of carrying costs? Or are they good with proof of other income to cover?

Hi everyone. Just starting in the business and before I find a great deal and blindly stumble into a lenders office, what are the things that private, hard money, and transactional lenders are looking to see in a deal and a borrower? Thanks

Hello everyone. I am very new to real estate and have decided to start in Wholesaleing until I gain enough capital to move into other aspects of investing. My first question is: should I form my LLC now or wait until I get things going? Thanks in advance!
